I eventually moved my pc to my desk, plugged everything in and booted up RDR2 again only to have the CPU temp shoot to 95c and now the game only runs at 17 FPS no matter what. Games like Hogwarts Legacy seem to be fine but Cyberpunk 2077 sometimes reaches ~83c. Vote.
