This is the first observational study to investigate the effectiveness of ESD service models operating in real-world conditions, at scale. WebTC in the USA must satisfy the following three criteria: contact with the patient within 2 days of discharge, face-to-face follow-up interview/evaluation within 7 or 14 days of discharge depending on the severity of the disease, and non-face-to-face care service according to the patient's needs.
