WebDec 5, 2011 · Correction: the ones with the VMToolsd CPU utilization problem (using 4-10% constantly) are all Windows Server 2003 Enterprise 64-bit. I checked a 32-bit version WS2K3 Enterprise VM with latest VMWare Tools and it was OK. But I also found a WS2K3 Ent 64-bit version VM with latest tools that also is OK! Go figure.
